Summary: Television kept trying to connect to Netflix - I don't have Netflix. Staff had to come up to fix it. Handset for phone in room wasn't connected properly, couldn't call Reception about TV. Bathroom terrible, mattress uncomfortable, noisy fridge. Hotel badly needs a refurbishment. I worked there 40 years ago and it feels like it hasn't been updated.

Summary: Old building but well maintained, openable window is good to have some fresh air in the room but central aircon which is hard to set room temperature as u want. Close to tram station and walkable to Dickson where tons of shops and restaurants are there.

Summary: We love staying at the Pavilion, easy to access and in a great location, we stayed in the Spa suite, the room was spacious and clean, with a separate living area, the only problems we encountered were the shower over the spa, it was hard to adjust the temperature and the ducted heating in the suit was automatic so you couldn’t turn it down or off, it was also noisy, other than those two thing everything else was great, the buffet breakfast is always a highlight with a lot of different choices.

Summary: Excellent value with a super comfy bed. Nice and quiet. I had a great night's sleep. The room was very clean. The furnishings are a bit tired and scratched up; the doors could do with a repaint. I loved the bar area. I'll definitely stay again. I thought it was excellent value for money.
